WOW - How does a mother respond to something like that???

Proud that we have raised a son who is so conscious and sympathetic of what is going on around him. Pleased that he chose to honor me in such a way. Sad that I have, in any way, contributed to guilt he might be feeling. Amazed, always amazed, at his gift of writing and putting his thoughts into words. AND excited, so very excited, at the progress my granddaughter is making.

So many emotions went through me as I read this posting. In that short time, I cried, I laughed, and I hugged myself for the joy I was feeling. Thank you so much, Sean, for being who you are. I couldn't be more proud!!!
