This Thanksgiving season I have made a determined effort to slow down my life and take measure of all for which I’m grateful. While I’ve been somewhat successful in slowing my pace and quieting the buzz in my head over the last few days, I’ve had a difficult time nailing down a list. The problem isn’t coming up with things for which I’m grateful. The problem has been to come up with something for which I’m not grateful. It may sound cliche, but as I consider them, I’m grateful for every one. I’m grateful for the opportunity to have this existence — and everything that comes with it.
So, Happy Thanksgiving, and may gratitude find its way into every part of your life.
